About being just old. I'm on a biz trip that unexpectedly went over a weekend. So I found myself free to wander Miami on a Saturday night. Walked around Miami Beach in my shorts and t-shirt amongst the endless well-dressed young lovelies of all genders. It was fun, actually. I didn't feel old. Just sort of irrelevant. I don't know what my point is. I just got back and am going sea-fishing in about four hours. Yeesh. Your pic suggests a motorcycle. Why's it got to be all blurry?
You both look great. As a tangential thought, I have been wrestling of late with the possibility of letting go most of my material wealth, and would pare the remainder down such that the material portion is mostly a used (i.e. affordable) Softail. Always wanted one. Don't really want much else beyond that and the ability to travel and meet people. (I am very fond of an NA veteran friend of mine. Hang in there, and gather strength.)

It really isn't about being old. Old has become a metaphor in my writing for sick. http://www.flickr.com/photos/msbonomo/ where its not so blurry.
