The International School of Minnesota

"What a crazy sight to see;
Why they're bigger than the tree;
Eating berries for their lunch;
Who is this wild bunch? The turkeys of ISM."

CB

The resident turkeys of The International School of Minnesota enjoy a lunch of berries from a small tree near the front entrance.

oh yes the International School right there in good ol' Eden Prairie!
Does the writer work there?
Glad you are feeling better woman! AND, Two Dogs is apparently coming back and you'll get to hang with her -- thats awesome!
Love you,

Those are neat turkeys! I want them in my backyard.

I thought turkeys couldn't fly (remember the line 'as God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly' from WKRP in Cincinatti, when it turned out they couldn't?) - how did the turkeys get up the tree - now that would have been a picture - turkeys climbing a tree, or helping each other climb.

Turkeys kind of fly jump. I guess it could be said they can fly a little bit. Also these are wild turkeys are are much more capable then domesticated ones.

Yes, the writer of the poem works there. And Two Dogs coming to town sure beats Santa Clause coming to town.

JW, I used to have turkeys in my yard and it isn't all that and a bag o' chips, thats for sure. Mean birds.
